Finding negative in positive, for many persons, is not fair. In the same line of thinking ignoring negatives in the light of positives is also not adequate positive. Those who like to see only positive are also negative and he who see only the negative is not positive. The adequate fact is, none in the world only positive and only negative. Instead of this fact, one must account that every positive bears negative and every negative bear’s positive. The negative which walk with positive should properly rectified and the positive which lives with negative should account for, to channelize the positive towards recovery. But I do believe that with the wave everybody can swim, one he who swim against wave and got success in creating new effective path is the actual swimmer. Arguing against positive wave, to prove himself swimmer, if someone starts swimming, on any circumstance he should not be accounted as swimmer, knowing this fact fully I am coming forward to put the negatives of the present wave of NaMo’s excessive emphasise on IT.

Again on trying to entre into the market from the low income group, its existing financial status will adversely affected. Thus the middle class of the society consisting government employees, businessman and employees of private sector, in the interest of purchasing from the available products are definitely going to initiate an unhealthy environment in the economy. The income inequalities among the peoples will increase; it will create possibilities of crisis as like as the economy of USA of great depression. Intensity of intension to consume from the market among the low income group will generate ill activities in the society.

I can understand that the leaders are not so ill intended; but its line of action turned its work into such result. I even can understand what the factors active behind it are. The ignorance and never accounting it as important inadvertently pulls the result in to that ill end.
Basically the dream is not bad but their implementations need some modification for the benefits of the common people. The dreamers are to carry some other complementary activity side by side so that no frustration may come out from these projects. Availability of entire information in mobiles of all Indian never reflects that India is developed. But, in developed India, entire information of the world remains in each Indian’s hand. Both the statement is different in meaning. A smart guy carries entire information in its grip of hand but on keeping entire information’s of the world in its grip of hand one cannot accounted as smart guy. The excessive emphasise in IT and its execution, we are going to make Indian smart by putting all information’s in its hand; but by any way Indian have not actually achieved this smartness. They are not of the IT age but leaders are decorating them as of IT age. With this artificiality they are asking to walk ahead in the smart world like smart.
I have faced some experiences. I saw while a person of any locality stepped up financially, its intension towards its technology adaptability by minds automatically enhances. Its next generation jumps towards education and thus got open mind for technology. In that status they automatically prefer to carry entire information as it’s handy. People will prefer the IT or any other technology automatically if with initiative of leader helps people to steps up them in to a financially wellbeing stage. It is the real upliftment of the nation towards technology. Instead of initiating for automatic adaptability, we are now pushing it. Initiative of technolisation is utmost convincing and it reflects that we are trying to move towards. But its destination regulated on the steps of the initiator.
For explaining the fact, I would like to put an example; a right guardian helps its child while it starts walking. But the guardian, on any cost should not offer excessive help to the child, that may proves harmful; the guardian should guide only. The leaders also guide in such manner regarding technological adaption of a nation. It should help the citizens by its initiatives of stepping them up financially. Excessive care to the child, while it walks, cause delayed walking independently. Similarly, an intelligent leader should act to stepping up the people of the nation financially as early as possible instead of initiating to change its get up. It is equivalent to the excessive care of the child of the guardian. The leaders of India are trying to put the dress of technology in India whereas on some simple initiatives the Indian definitely put it ownself. Which the Indian leaders are going to do is artificial, but with some steps of the leaders, Indian will spontaneously adopt it, but they are not working in this line which makes me confused. Indian can were but the leaders is trying to put it with excessive care, I hope, it bears some serious evils. The leaders are working to expedite the process that is not bad, but the bad is; they are not allowing the Indian to put it own-self. With this excessive care they are drawing great support, but they are skipping some of the important steps which has overlooked by the crazy Indian, intentionally. That is the corner which I would like to disclose. If the leaders are in strong desire that the Indian should adapt technology early than they should prove its honesty in the following steps-
They should initiate action promptly regarding the agrarian issues of the nation. The prime issue it should account for is the right price mechanism for the agricultural product. On any cost the farmer should earn surplus value from selling its agricultural product. Adequate measure against the dependency on the rainfall must implement. For it I strongly recommend, the underground water on any cost should not allow exploring. The underground water should leave untouched for the drinking purpose. In this stage the dependency of the farmer on rainfall is not possible to remove. Regarding this I recommend (a) the adequate measure of reserving the surface water in the low lands, (b) intensive use of the river water, (c) Study and finding adequate measure to reserve the river water in its high land areas in the rainy days so that it may useful in the winter season through the normal path of the river. The (a) and (c) may be use for another beneficial motive also such as fish farming and duck farming for the need of egg and fish. The initiative to utilise the nearest area of the lowlands of the nation for farming during winter is also recommended. Under this initiative related to the farmers will definitely step up the farmers of the nation and with it the technolisation activity will be half successful. With these step almost entire farmer will got purchasing power and the leader can turn the farmer in to the consumer of their corporate friends truly and smoothly. It will be the best and comfortable path for the leader to offer benefit for the both corporate and the farmer. Thus the aim of implementing technology will be successful in real sense.
From the above said single initiative, the leader can heat poverty, education, healthcare, insurgency, inequality and upliftment of human resource. The initiative on agriculture price mechanism can never destroy the entire problem of the economy. But it can control all these to many extent. Other initiatives are also necessary. By the specific poverty, education, healthcare, insurgency, inequality and upliftment of human resource programs, the leader can ensure job opportunities more and ensure remedies in them. If the farmers uplifted, a major group of Indian will uplifted and along with the above said specific programs of poverty, education, healthcare, insurgency, inequality and upliftment of human resource if started parallelly the job creation will be satisfactory in India. Thus my conclusion is, if the leaders of India in real sense intended to work for the Indian economic development, intended to create jobs for the unemployed, intended to implement technology, intended to work for the betterment of the corporate and betterment of the common people of the nation, they should concentrate its intension in surplus yielding agricultural price mechanism and a wage policy for better support of the worker; almost entire step will be done. It will bridge the two ends namely actual technical status and the intended technological status of Indian economy. Otherwise with the help of its popularity and good will of the Indian people, the leaders will destroy most of all opportunities of economic development for long run. The leaders can prove its responsibilities for the both corporate and common man of the nation on concentrating its intension in these corners. Indian economy will walk ahead in the path of sustainable and balanced development with its crisis proof and shocking proof character. It is the time of smart leader; the nation therefore chose them to take smart decision, and therefore they have to chosen smartly for the betterment of the both class with a single action.

To make common Indian technology friendly we should concentrate our intension (a) in surplus yielding agricultural price mechanism, (b) a wage policy to better support of the worker, (c) initiative for poverty elimination steps, better education, sufficient healthcare, uprooting insurgency, inequality eradication program and upliftment of human resource but it should be done before technology. Most of all technology is for man; men are never for the technology.
